I love chenille stitch (a sort of cross between herringbone and peyote).  These bracelets work up quickly, and I just made a simple clasp with a rondelle and a beaded loop.

This is the same basic design as the silver and grey necklace in the previous post, but using red and gold iris beads. The only difference in the way of working is that I used size 15 beads in the bezel for the rivoli where I had used delicas before.

This necklace has a black diamond rivoli with a netted bezel, embellished with more netting, and netted straps worked directly off the bezel embellishment.bdiamondgunmetalgreyThe combination of black diamond with gunmetal and silvery grey is one I hadn’t used before, but I think it is very effective and elegant.

bdiamondgunmetalgreyclaspThe clasp is a beaded toggle and ring, the ring using the same design as the embellished bezel.

This pendant came from a variation of the little stars I used to make the chain of stars choker (see here). Each little star is formed by a peyote bezel around a 4mm fire polish bead, then a round of netting to form the points. The bail is made from 3 more little stars. It has been hanging on the Christmas tree for the last couple of weeks!
